All mail delivered via the United States Postal Service is delivered directly to the tenant or to the tenant’s mailroom.

The Post Office has no scheduled pick-ups from 31 West 52nd Street. Any regular or bulk mail should be deposited outside the building in a nearby box (there are several on 6th Avenue, the nearest one at 6th & West 53rd) or brought to a postal facility (e.g., U.S.P.S. Rockefeller Center Station, 610 Fifth Avenue, located on the Mezzanine level or U.S.P.S. at Radio City Station, 322 W 52nd Street between 8th & 9th Ave).

All Federal Express, UPS, DHL, and any other non-postal materials will enter and leave 31 West 52nd Street during normal business hours through the Loading Dock on 52nd Street. All small package deliveries will be picked up through the Messenger Center. Non-postal materials may not be delivered to, or left at, the main lobby desk at any time.
