A service charge will be incurred for any additional HVAC or cleaning services. Charges for these services will be reflected on any sundry bills issued by the Management Office.

If a Tenant requires HVAC service during times other than those defined in their Lease, an O/T HVAC work request must be entered in the Angus Anywhere portal at least 24 hours in advance. The request should include the date, time and floors requiring overtime HVAC. Charges for overtime HVAC are billed once a month. Service rates are listed in the Tenant’s Lease document or may be obtained by contacting the Property Management Office.
